What form of payment does Moment of Clarity accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
How does Moment of Clarity ship orders?
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Any orders placed on Friday through the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.
If you have not received an email with a shipment confirmation and tracking number after 3 business days, please contact us!
All items ship within 24-72 hours of purchase. All packages are shipped via UPS or DHL. If you have any special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
It's important to note that we cannot control any customs or import duties applied packages. If any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you refuse to accept shipping of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items to Moment of Clarity.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you did not receive your tracking number, please feel free to contact us.
Can I return the frames if I don't like them?
Yes, you can return frames within 7 days of receiving them for an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds and all sale items are final.
All goods must be returned to us in the exact condition you received them including the packaging. Before returning any items, please contact our service department at firstname.lastname@example.org, and you will be issued a Return Authorization number (RA). The RA number must be written on the outside of the shipment box and the shipping documents should be cleared marked as warranty returns.
Will I get a full refund?
Moment of Clarity does not currently accept returns. All sale items are final.
What happens if I receive damaged frames?
We take great pride and care to ensure that you will receive your order in excellent condition. However, if there is any damage to the frame, please contact our service department within 3 days of receiving the order at email@example.com. Please include a detailed description of the damage and photos.
Please note we are not responsible for any orders once the package has been delivered to its destination, such as theft or damages caused to the items after possession. If your package is missing or has been stolen, feel free to contact us so we can help you take the necessary steps needed to report a theft/missing package to the courier. Once we receive the goods back in the original condition, we will issue a credit minus shipping charges. Any costs that we may incur for the returned goods will be deducted from the credit. No exceptions can be made to the 7-day return policy from the date of receiving.
